Sometiems you need to fill out more for it to unlock, it took me about 3 surveys to unlock it. It’s not a 100% guarantee on unlock 1st time.

@ChristianaWilliams its because u need WOTLK to be lvl 80 and if u have a trial account then u can only go to lvl 60

Lol it works for me… when I checked my character it was 80. How did you manage it to get it 60 in the first place lol?
